Scope
This policy applies to purchases, subscriptions, upgrades, downgrades, renewals, and invoices processed by the third-party billing provider configured by ClawAI.
Trial or Free Tier

If a trial or free tier is offered, the final policy must explain duration, conversion to a paid plan, charge notice, and how to cancel before the first charge. If none exists, this section must be removed before final publication.
Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a plan rule or legal requirement says otherwise, paid access remains available until the end of the current period.
Refund Eligibility
The commercial refund policy remains pending as {{REFUND_WINDOW_OR_NO_GENERAL_REFUNDS}}. Mandatory legal exceptions, duplicate charges, proven technical error, fraud, or material unavailability attributable to ClawAI must remain covered when applicable.
No Prorata by Default
The policy must not promise prorated refunds, credits, or extensions without an explicit commercial decision.
How to Request
Users may request a refund through the customer portal when available or by contacting {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with the account email, invoice or transaction ID, reason, and charge date.
Gateway Dependency
Approval, reversal timing, bank processing, and receipts depend on the configured payment provider and payment method.
Consumer Law
