User Content and Processing License
Users retain ownership of prompts, conversations, uploads, attachments, and outputs, subject to third-party rights and applicable laws. Users grant ClawAI a limited license to process prompts, chat history, uploads, and technical metadata only to provide, protect, operate, improve, and support the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
Users may not abuse the service, submit illegal content, violate rights, attempt to extract secrets, bypass limits, attack infrastructure, automate improper scraping, or use outputs for harm, fraud, or illegal surveillance.
Plans, Quotas, and Fair Use
Plans, trials, limits, quotas, and features may vary by offer. Trial or free-tier terms remain pending as {{TRIAL_OR_FREE_TIER_CONFIRMATION}}. Excessive, abusive, or stability-impacting use may be limited, suspended, or require an upgrade.
Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation
Subscriptions, invoices, upgrades, downgrades, payment methods, cancellations, and refunds are processed by the third-party billing provider configured by ClawAI. ClawAI must not store raw card data. Subscriptions may renew automatically according to the plan. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the paid period unless abuse, chargeback, legal requirement, or a specific plan rule applies.
Suspension and Availability
ClawAI may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, violation of these Terms, or legal order. Unless a written SLA applies, the service is provided according to operational availability, without a guarantee of continuous uptime.
Liability and Governing Law
